As a former hiring manager in the financial services industry, our CEO understands the many challenges that internal recruiting teams in the industry are experiencing and also understands the needs of management to get the right talent in the door timely. She has 20 years of experience in our recruiting areas with a large network of talent to pool from as the President for the Jacksonville Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, former Americas Regional Head of the Fraud Investigative Unit at Deutsche Bank, as well as her former risk, compliance, and operations roles for various businesses and professional organizations.
